NetSuite & Business Systems Support Specialist

Job Description

Ashtead Technology is seeking an organised Business System Support Assistant to provide administrative support to the business across key applications, primarily Oracle NetSuite. You will manage user access, coordinate support requests, and assist users with day-to-day system queries.

In this role you will produce support performance reports, work with suppliers on IT purchases, and provide first-line support while helping with release notes and guidance documentation.
