Job Description

4 in total Joiners required in Aberdeen! 2 for the Void Team & 2 for the Operations Team

  • £17.16ph PAYE + Rolled up Holidays + Pension

2 off Joiners – What will you be doing?:

Delivery of void refurbishments consisting of kitchen upgrades, bathroom upgrades, internal finishes, internal doors, walls & ceiling refurbs. Working in a team with the ability to use your own initiative to deliver an efficient quality service.

2 off Joiners, all the same as above, but delivery of kitchen & bathroom renewals + Window installation work.

All Joiners are required to have the following:

  • SVQ2/NVQ2
  • Valid CSCS Card
  • Health & Safety awareness
  • Experience with Construction sites.
  • Experience working in Local Authority
  • Full UK Drivers License
  • Must be a time-served qualified Joiner – City & Guilds/SVQ2
  • You will be required to obtain a PVG if successful
  • Direct PAYE Contracts: pay + holidays + pension. Not Umbrella or CIS – NO payroll fees
