The Glasshouse Hotel in Edinburgh is seeking an accomplished Head Chef to lead the culinary team across the restaurant, bar and events. You will report to the Hotel Manager and inspire excellence in service and presentation.

You will drive menu development, coach the kitchen brigade, and uphold the highest standards of food safety and HACCP compliance in a luxurious 77-bedroom property with a blend of historic charm and modern elegance.
