RAD Hotel Group is seeking an experienced Operations Manager for Dalmeny Park House Hotel in Scotland to oversee day to day operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences across all departments.

You will lead, motivate, and develop departmental managers and broader hotel teams, manage staffing levels and budgets, and uphold brand standards, health and safety, and presentation across the property.
