Job Description

Black Sheep Coffee is seeking a Front of House Leader to drive sales, service, and team morale in a fast-paced café environment. You will lead a team, dial in espresso, and ensure quality across food and drinks.

The role requires strong communication, prior management experience in coffee/food service, and availability across early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. 40 hours per week contracted.
