F&B Guest Experience Lead – Flexible Hours (Seasonal)

Job Description

Lost Shore Surf Resort in Edinburgh is seeking a Food and Beverage Team Member on a full-time seasonal basis through December 2026 to deliver world-class visitor experiences in our front-of-house and events teams.

You’ll work with the F&B Manager and team to ensure safety, hygiene and policy compliance, while supporting a busy seven-day operation and flexible scheduling that includes early mornings, evenings and weekends.
