Care Navigator – Patient Access & Reception

Job Description

NHS Highland in Invergordon is recruiting Care Navigators for a Walk-in Centre pilot. You will be the first point of contact for patients, provide reception services, and deliver administrative support to the clinical team.

You will help direct patients to the appropriate care and support the team in a busy, on-site setting. Ideal candidates will have excellent communication, strong IT skills, and the ability to multi-task under pressure.
