ENABLE Scotland in Lanark is seeking a Service Manager to lead a small residential care home service for adults with learning disabilities. The role focuses on guiding frontline staff across two houses, with a maximum of nine individuals supported, and building strong relationships with families and social care professionals.

The successful candidate will drive service quality, support team facilitators, and promote inclusion and partnership working to achieve the charity’s mission in Lanark.
