Job Description

Blueprint Recruitment Limited is seeking a Property Inspector (Mechanical) for Aberdeen City Council. The role involves ensuring the supply of materials from workshops to maintenance and contract works across housing and non-housing stock in Aberdeen City Council.

You will supervise a multi-skilled team, participate in investigations regarding service standards, and liaise with multiple Council Officers and contractors to ensure issues are properly addressed.
