St Philip’s Care is seeking a Senior Care Assistant for the Kippen House Care Centre to lead a close-knit team and support the home manager in delivering high-quality, person-centred care. The role focuses on promoting residents’ independence and dignity while maintaining safety and confidentiality.

You will participate in care planning, assist with daily activities, monitor medications, and ensure training and policy adherence within a supportive, flexible environment.
