Premier Selection is recruiting a Chef de Partie for a popular, award-winning dining pub near Oakham. You will work with a Head Chef with Rosette experience, handling daily prep and cooking across service, using all-fresh seasonal produce.

Ideal candidates are friendly, organised, strong communicators and team players in a busy kitchen. Base salary is 32,000 to 34,000, with a 4-day week, share of tips, live-in option, meals on duty and parking.
