BEAR Scotland in Scotland is seeking a Skilled Civils Roadworker to join our on-site team in Ardelve. This hands-on role covers highways, drainage, and civil engineering tasks, with overtime and night shifts part of the schedule.

You will work with small teams, supervise on-site activities, and uphold high health and safety standards while contributing to long-term road maintenance projects across the trunk network.
