Routes to Work in Cumbernauld is recruiting a Security Operative to join our team at the shopping centre. This role requires a visible security presence and adherence to high professional standards.

You will monitor CCTV, patrol the premises, and respond to incidents, while ensuring excellent customer service and safety for staff, customers and retailers. Dual licences are highly regarded.
