St Philip’s Care is seeking a Night Senior Carer to support the Home Team and residents in our close-knit home. The role focuses on leading a team, maintaining high standards of care, and ensuring residents’ dignity at all times.

You will assist the Manager in day-to-day operations, step in during absences, and promote person-centred care while encouraging independence for residents. A passionate, experienced senior carer is essential.
