Job Description

NHS Scotland Academy offers immersive cataract surgery training in Scotland with six-month placements, hosting residents in six-month blocks and rotations between theatre and clinic settings. Faculty will supervise trainees on lists, ensuring RCOpth EPA competencies are developed and achieved while maintaining patient safety and educational quality.

Positions may be part-time or full-time with flexible working options; bases include Clydebank or Inverness, and interviews are planned for October
