Job Description

South Ayrshire Council is seeking a Building Standards Surveyor to join the team at County Buildings in Ayr. The role will mix home and office-based work, with hybrid arrangements based on service needs and locality.

The post requires membership in the PVG Scheme or an update if already a member, reflecting safeguarding responsibilities in line with the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. The successful candidate must meet PVG costs where applicable.
