£29,120 base, OTE £45,000-£50,000+

The Role

Join a growing sales and marketing business as a Field Sales Representative. You’ll work within your local area, meeting customers face-to-face through residential and event-based sales campaigns. Your role will involve identifying customer needs, promoting products and services, managing your sales pipeline, and achieving weekly targets.

• Confident, outgoing, and customer-focused
• Self-motivated with a positive, target-driven attitude
• Resilient and comfortable working in a field-based role
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Eager to learn and develop a career in sales
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is beneficial but not essential
