Job Description

Function:Digital Transformation and Automation Skills: Scope: Complete and scale a Power Platform solution replacing a legacy OD Change tool, including architecture assessment and automation recommendations. Role Overview Key Responsibilities

  • Complete and enhance the Power Platformsolutionreplacing the legacy OD Change tool.
  • Review the existing solution architecture and recommend improvements.
  • Design and develop applications using Microsoft Power Apps.
  • Build andoptimiseautomated workflows using Power Automate.
  • Develop dashboards andreportingsolutions using Power BI.
  • Identifyopportunities to automate manual business processes.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders, architects, productownersand delivery teams.
  • Ensure the solution meets enterprise security, governance,complianceand performance standards.
  • Support testing, deployment,documentationand post-production activities.

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI.
  • Proven experience delivering Power Platform solutions in a large enterprise environment.
  • Experience designing,developingand supporting end-to-end Power Platform solutions.
  • Good understanding of Power Platform architecture, security,governanceand licensing.
  • Experience reviewing existing solutions and providing architecture recommendations.
  • Ability toidentifyand deliver process automation opportunities.
  • Experience integrating Power Platform with Microsoft 365 or other enterprise systems.
  • Strong stakeholder management,communicationand problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working within Agile delivery teams.
  • Experience within banking or financial services.
  • Knowledge of Dataverse, Azure and Power Platform CentreofExcellence practices.
  • Understanding of CI/CD and DevOps practices for Power Platform.
  • Completion and rollout of the replacement OD Change solution.
  • Architecture assessment with clear improvement recommendations.
  • Automation recommendations and enhanced Power Automate workflows.
  • Power BI reporting and management insights.
  • A scalable and supportable enterprise Power Platform solution.
