Scottish Government’s National Records of Scotland Census Programme seeks a Senior Business Analyst on level transfer to help design, develop and deliver a wide range of products and services. You will work with delivery partners and stakeholders to research, elicit and elaborate user and business needs, enabling effective design, testing of services and business change.
