Capita is seeking an Assessment Centre Manager for the Army Assessment Centre in Glencorse. You will lead a mixed military and civilian team, ensuring a professional, supportive, and engaging candidate experience while upholding high operational standards. This is a full-time, permanent, onsite role with monthly weekend work.

You will report to the Head of Selection and sit on the ACMB, contributing to strategy, people leadership, and delivering meaningful outcomes in a high-profile setting.
