Social Worker – Care Leavers (Throughcare/Aftercare)

Job Description

City of Edinburgh Council’s Social Work team is seeking a dedicated Social Worker for Throughcare and Aftercare based at City Chambers in Edinburgh. The post is fixed-term until 27 August 2027 and is suitable for practitioners focused on care leavers involved with Adult Justice Services and the Scottish Prison Service.

The role targets reducing re-offending and supporting reintegration, delivering tailored support to care-experienced individuals.
