Telecare Hub Lead – Flexible, 24/7 Support

Job Description

City of Edinburgh Council is seeking a flexible Hub Coordinator (Telecare) to support a 24/7 Telecare service across Edinburgh. Based at Peffermill Industrial Estate, you will manage emergency and support calls, assess urgency, and coordinate responses with staff and partners.

You will line manage a diverse team, develop Assistive Technology enabled care, maintain confidential records, and contribute to service improvements. PVG checks apply, and on call duties are required.
