Plant Operations Supervisor – Recycling & Process Improvement

Job Description

SUEZ is seeking a supervisor for our Aberdeen site to lead the fixed plant team and activities. You will monitor feedstock quality, drive improvements, and manage payroll data monthly while maintaining strict budgetary control and aligning with SUEZ policies and safety standards.

The role requires strong communication, a passion for recycling, and a Health & Safety qualification (IOSH or equivalent) with the ability to achieve this within a year.
