KS3 SEMH Teaching Assistant: Trauma-Informed Support & Development

Job Description

Hays Education are partnering with a specialist SEMH School in Oakham to recruit a KS3 Teaching Assistant. You will support students in and out of the classroom, building positive relationships and contributing to a safe, nurturing learning environment.

Responsibilities include 1:1 and small-group support, supporting behaviour and emotional regulation, and collaborating with teachers and therapists to meet individual needs. Start 1 September 2026; Full-time, temp-to-perm.
