Job Description

Leys Park Care Centre is seeking a Senior Care Assistant for day bank shifts in Scotland. You will support the Manager in the overall management of the home and step in during their absence, ensuring resident dignity and high-quality, person-centred care.

You’ll lead a team of care workers, promoting independence and participation in care planning, with a focus on confidentiality, safety, and ongoing staff development. Training and induction are provided.
