Voyage Care is seeking caring, hands-on Support Workers to help people gain independence, teaching daily living skills and engaging in community activities within Crewe. You’ll join a supportive team, promoting personal growth through tailored activities and practical assistance.

Applicants should have a full UK driving licence, be resilient and flexible, and experienced with Positive Behaviour Support and reflective practice, including support for individuals with distress.
