Chubb Life Fund in Glasgow is seeking an Italian-speaking Complaint Handler to join our Complaints Team. The role supports accurate assessment and dedicated management of complaints, with full training provided.

You’ll engage with customers in Italian and English, bring prior customer service experience, and aim to resolve issues promptly while meeting regulatory timelines.
