Senior Social Care Leader for Residential Elder Care

Job Description

Senior Social Care Worker sought for a 16-bed residential service for older adults within Argyll and Bute Council. You will support residents to live independently and safely, while leading a team of Social Care Workers to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.

You will work with healthcare professionals, manage medications, assess risks, and contribute to safeguarding and records. PVG membership and regulatory alignment are required or expected to be pursued.
