Job Description

Willinbrook Healthcare’s Oaklea Dementia Care Unit is seeking a Care Assistant to support residents with dementia and complex health needs. The role involves following care plans, maintaining dignity and wellbeing, and working closely with a supportive team.

The position is hands-on, requires patience and resilience, and offers PVG, pension, uniform, and onsite parking. Experience in care is beneficial but not essential; SVQ2 in Health & Social Care or the willingness to obtain is preferred.
