We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a reputable, long-established family-run dealership in Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire, for the position of LCV/Van Technician.

  • Conduct all service, maintenance, and repairs on light commercial vehicles within manufacturer timeframes
  • Accurately diagnose and resolve malfunctions, ensuring quality and efficiency
  • Support colleagues with technical issues and share innovations
  • Maintain high standards of health and safety, documenting diagnosis, repairs, and inspections appropriately
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures
  • Work effectively within a busy, franchise-approved workshop environment to meet targets and customer satisfaction goals
  • Requirements of the LCV/Van Technician:
  • Relevant qualification: IMI/NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Light or Heavy Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
  • Minimum of one to two years practical experience working as a LCV/Van Technician
  • Strong team player with high-quality work standards in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent diagnostic and repair skills
  • Valid UK driving licence with minimal points
