What you will do

• Assist service users with morning routines and bedtime in accordance with their personalised care plan, sometimes utilising equipment like hoists.
• Perform essential personal care tasks, including assisting with hygiene, grooming, and dressing, while always maintaining respect and dignity.
• Prepare meals and drinks, supporting nutritional needs and preferences.
• Promote continence and provide appropriate support, including the use of continence products.
• Administer medication as directed and assist with the use of oxygen and nebulisers when needed.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene within the living spaces.
• Foster and encourage independence in service users, always promoting a positive and caring environment.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions, and engage in opportunities for personal and professional development.
