An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Elective Orthopaedic Unit for Band 5 Staff Nurses. The ward caters for patients having various Orthopaedic procedures including hip / knee replacements and some minor trauma patients.

We are looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated individuals to join our small friendly team. The job will involve working closely with the multidisciplinary team. You will need to be able to work as part of a team but also have the ability to work on your own. Good communication, organisational and motivational skills are required. We strive to provide a high quality of care and promote patient independence / active participation in their recovery.

Shift patterns include both day and night shifts and cover 7 days a week.

Experience of working in a caring environment is desirable. Training opportunities will be provided. You must be a qualified nurse with current UK NMC registration, or due to qualify this year.
