Ayrshire Independent Living Network (AILN) is seeking a Part-time Personal Assistant/Support Worker to assist a young man with Autism in Kilwinning. The role focuses on social support, companionship, and safety within the community, including activities at the gym and swimming pools, in a supportive home environment.

Experience with autism is essential; drivers with their own car and business insurance are preferred.
