Energy Advice Advisor – Hybrid, Full Training Provided

Job Description

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to provide clear, impartial energy guidance to households on energy efficiency and fuel poverty support. Comprehensive training is provided over 6-9 weeks, including a City & Guilds Energy Awareness course and an SQA-accredited qualification.

The role is hybrid, based in Scotland with Dundee/Angus access, 35 hours per week (Mon-Fri 9:00-17:00).
