Virgin Hotels Edinburgh is seeking a confident Reservations Agent to ensure every guest interaction reflects the Virgin Tone of Voice. Based in Edinburgh, you will connect guests with our hotel experiences, anticipating needs and adding personal touches from first contact.

You will handle reservations for Edinburgh and related properties, maintaining service standards and driving guest satisfaction while collaborating with Front Office, Sales and other departments.
