Marks & Spencer Plc is hiring a Customer Assistant in Operations for our Inverness-area store. The role focuses on stock, deliveries and the vital behind-the-scenes work that keeps the shop floor full, clean and ready for customers.

You’ll need to be fast, focused and proactive in a high-intensity retail environment. Flexibility is essential as you’ll work across the wider store and adapt to early deliveries and late stock shifts.
