Bagpipes – Visiting Music Teacher for School Pipe Band

Job Description

The Edinburgh Academy is seeking a self-employed Visiting Music Teacher (VMT) to teach bagpipes within the Pipe Band. The role involves approximately 20-25 hours of tuition per week plus up to three hours of Pipe Band rehearsals, across both the Junior and Senior Schools.

Applications from well-qualified musicians with teaching qualifications and/or significant experience are welcome, with a passion for developing young pipers and contributing to the Pipe Band’s ongoing success.
