Job Description

The Mental Welfare Commission for Scotland is seeking an Executive Director (Nursing), a senior leadership role influencing mental health, incapacity and human rights law in Scotland. You will lead a small multidisciplinary team and act as the nursing lead on complex ethical and care issues.

As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, you will shape policy, drive service improvements, and advocate for high-quality, rights-based care across Scotland.
