Performance Manager, FM Operations & Delivery

Job Description

OCS UK & Ireland is hiring a Performance Manager to join the Home Office contract team, based in Glasgow or Edinburgh. You will monitor daily performance of engineers and subcontractors, identify risks and ensure mitigation plans are executed to protect service levels.

The role requires strong analytical skills, experience with KPIs and SLAs, and the ability to challenge performance while maintaining productive relationships with engineers, managers and client representatives.
