ABOUT THE ROLE

As Chef de Partie, you will:

  • Lead a section of the kitchen, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met

  • Prepare and serve dishes to fine dining standards in line with menu and service times

  • Support and collaborate with the Head and Sous Chefs on daily operations

  • Maintain high standards of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness

  • Assist with stock rotation, ordering, and inventory control

  • Mentor junior chefs and contribute to a positive kitchen culture

  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene procedures

ABOUT YOU

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a quality led kitchen environment

  • Passionate about food and committed to culinary excellence

  • Well organised, calm under pressure, and confident leading a section

  • Team player with strong communication and time management skills

  • Food Hygiene certification and knowledge of HACCP

  • Enthusiasm for high standards and continual improvement
