Job Description

St Philip’s Care is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to lead a team and support the home’s management. You will help ensure the highest standards of care, promote residents’ dignity, and encourage person-centred care to maximise independence.

The role involves care planning, medication administration, and reporting changes to the Manager. A passion for elderly care and relevant NVQ/MA L3 is preferred.
