Glasgow Team Facilitator: Lead Personal Assistants

Job Description

ENABLE Scotland in Glasgow is seeking a Team Facilitator to lead and support a team of Personal Assistants, delivering safe, person-centred support. The role is 39 hours per week with a base salary of £30,900 per annum plus on-call payments.

You will work closely with the Service Manager to ensure high-quality care, manage staff rotas, and participate in on-call duties across Glasgow.
