ENABLE Scotland in Airdrie is hiring Personal Assistants (Support Workers) to provide tailored support to individuals with learning disabilities. This role offers 24 hours per week at £13.45 per hour, with flexible shifts that suit local needs and commitments.

You will help people achieve personal goals, support daily activities, and promote inclusion within the community. Experience isn’t required-values and transferrable skills matter and training is provided.
