Ship Manager: Lead Naval Outfitting & Delivery

Job Description

Babcock, based in Rosyth, Scotland, is seeking a Ship Manager to lead delivery on the Type 31 programme. You will oversee outfit installation through vessel acceptance and drive safety, quality, and performance while coordinating multidisciplinary teams on site.

The role requires proven leadership in shipbuilding or defence, strong project delivery and budgeting experience, and the ability to work on site at Rosyth with eligibility for security clearance. This is a full-time permanent position.
