Hybrid Volunteer Team Lead, Community Operations

Job Description

Cats Protection is seeking a Community Operations Volunteer Team Manager to lead and grow a regional volunteer network across the South-West Scotland area, including Dumfries & Galloway. The role is a hybrid position with 35 hours per week and a permanent contract.

You will recruit, induct and coordinate volunteers, manage campaigns and rotas, and collaborate with teams to embed health and safeguarding practices across centres and branches.
