Job Description

Bayne’s the Family Bakers in Straiton (EH20 9PW) is seeking an Assistant Shop Manager to join our bakery team. This role covers 39 hours per week with varied shifts, including weekends, from 4:30am to 5:30pm, five days from seven.

You will supervise and support the shop, manage rotas and training, and ensure high standards daily. You’ll drive customer service, hygiene and safety compliance, stock control and KPI performance while leading a hands-on team in a fast-paced retail bakery environment.
