Chemistry Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Chemistry Teacher to join our expanding client in the UAE for an immediately start date. The ideal candidate will be passionate about teaching and inspiring students, providing a strong foundation in Chemistry while fostering critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Chemistry lessons to secondary school students, ensuring a high standard of teaching and engagement.
  • Design and implement effective lesson plans that align with the curriculum and meet the individual needs of students.
  • Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to ensure continuous academic growth.
  • Create a positive, interactive, and safe classroom environment that encourages student participation and scientific inquiry.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and improve teaching strategies, materials, and school-wide initiatives.
  • Communicate regularly with parents about student performance and development.
  • Stay updated with current educational practices and scientific advancements to continuously improve teaching quality.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Education, or a related field (Teaching qualification such as PGCE, QTS, or equivalent preferred).
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of teaching experience in Chemistry at the secondary level, ideally in international schools or the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of Chemistry curriculum and practical laboratory work.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic language skills are a plus but not required).
  • Excellent classroom management, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Passionate about teaching and dedicated to student success.
