Senior Project Manager & Building Surveyor – Real Estate Projects

Job Description

JLL in Scotland is seeking a Project Manager/Building Surveyor to join our Building Consultancy team in Edinburgh or Glasgow. The role covers project management and surveying for investor and occupier clients, with project values from £150k to £30 million.

You will coordinate with internal departments, assemble design teams, manage refurbishments, and ensure exceptional client service. MRICS/APM preferred; travel in Scotland required; strong communication and time management essential.
