Transition Class Teacher: Elevate Literacy, Numeracy & Wellbeing

Job Description

The City of Edinburgh Council seeks a Class Teacher (Transition) to be based at Hermitage Park Primary School, 35 hours per week, salary £36,159 – £54,453. The post supports literacy, numeracy and Health and Wellbeing across P5 to S3 and oversees curricular transition within the Learning Community.

The role works with Leith Academy and other schools to promote best practice, assess pupil progress, and engage families. PVG checks apply; spreading excellence in education is the aim.
