Concrete Manufacturing Operative – Rotating Shifts

Job Description

Marshalls plc is looking for an Operations Team Member at our Falkirk site to support the manufacturing of high-quality concrete products. The role involves working a 42-hour week on a rota basis, including 1 week in 3 night shifts (12-hour shifts from 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am).

You will help ensure safety, quality, waste and OEE targets are met, using powered tools and machinery as appropriate. The successful candidate will join a long-established UK manufacturer of building, roofing and landscaping
